Usage

This template is used for referring to books by their Library of Congress Classification codes. It produces a link to the Library of Congress website.

For example:

• {{LCC|Z253.U69}} results in "Library of Congress Classification Z253.U69"
• {{LCC|Z253.U69 1993}} results in "Library of Congress Classification Z253.U69 1993"
• {{LCC|G635.C66 H86 1997}} results in Library of Congress Classification G635.C66 H86 1997

Previously, it was required to replace spaces in the number with pipes:

• {{LCC|G635.C66|H86|1997}} results in Library of Congress Classification G635.C66 H86 1997

This is no longer necessary, though the newer template remains Backwards compatible with the piped format.
